Service Description

Windows Upgrade Help provides a technical support tool ("ElevenTool") that assists users in upgrading their Windows 10 PCs to Windows 11. We are an independent third-party service operated by KB Software LLC and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation.

The Windows 11 upgrade itself is provided free by Microsoft. Our $29 fee covers the technical support tool, step-by-step guidance, and customer support.

What You Receive

• A license key for ElevenTool
• A download link delivered to your email
• Email support for any issues during the upgrade process

System Requirements

To use ElevenTool, your PC must be:

• Currently running Windows 10
• 64-bit processor
• At least 4GB RAM
• At least 64GB storage

Disclaimer

While we have successfully upgraded thousands of PCs, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every hardware configuration. We always recommend backing up your files before performing any system upgrade. The upgrade uses Microsoft's documented registry bypass method for systems that do not meet official Windows 11 hardware requirements.

Refund Policy

If the tool does not work on your PC, contact us at support@windowsupgradehelp.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Intellectual Property

ElevenTool is proprietary software owned by KB Software LLC. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the tool on your own PCs. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software.

Limitation of Liability

Windows Upgrade Help and KB Software LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our tool, including but not limited to data loss, hardware failure, or system incompatibility. Users are responsible for backing up their data before use.
